At Mac Charters, we want you to have the best luxury experience. However, safety is our priority for all of our guests. In the event of inclement weather, we will try to reschedule your booking at the next available opportunity. If this is not possible, we will provide a full refund.

 

Our captain makes the final determination in adverse weather conditions on your reserved date. If weather conditions are poor, Mac Charters will contact you via email and/or telephone. We welcome the opportunity to provide you with a luxury yacht experience but not at the expense of your safety.
